Property to Buy – UK
Retainer Fee: £500 for a 3 month search.
Payable: Upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search.
Success Fee: 1.50% if < £125,000 or 1.25% if > £125,000.
Payable: Upon exchange of contracts, initial retainer fee is deducted from the success fee.
Property to Buy – European Union & Switzerland
Retainer Fee: £1000 for a 3 month search.
Payable: Upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search.
Success Fee: 2.50% of the final property purchase price.
Payable: Upon exchange of contracts, initial retainer fee is deducted from the success fee.
All fees are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
